BEL Recruitment-2023: BEL has invited applications for Probationary Engineer and other posts. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official site of BEL at bel-india.in.

This recruitment drive will fill up 232 posts in the organization. BEL which is known as Bharat Electronics Limited named as a Navratna PSU and India’s Premier Professional Electronics company holds a portfolio of over 350 various products.

The last date to apply is till October 28, 2023. Read below for eligibility, selection process and other details.

Brief Details of the BEL Recruitment

Vacancy Details :-

• Probationary Engineer: 205 posts
• Probationary Officer: 12 posts
• Probationary Accounts Officer: 15 posts

Various places have been selected for postings:-

• Bangalore,
• Ghaziabad,
• Machilipatnam of Andhra Pradesh,
• Navi Mumbai of Maharashtra,
• Pune,
• Hyderabad,
• Kotdwara of Uttarakhand,
• Chennai,
• Panchkula of Haryana.

It depends on the company in which place the candidates will be posted to any location of India.

Eligibility Criteria:

Probationary Engineer:
B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering Graduate in required discipline.

Probationary Officer:
Two years MBA/MSW/PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resources Mgt./Industrial Relations / Personnel Mgt.

Probationary Accounts: CA/CMA final

• For Probationary Engineer post the following OBC, UR, EWS candidates those who acquire first class in different fields of electronics and telecommunication, communication, telecommunication, mechanical, electronics, computer science etc will be eligible. Also including first class in AMIETE/ AMIE/ GIETE in the above categories are also eligible to apply.
• For Probationary Officer HR post the following candidates UR/ EWS/OBC candidate those who acquire first class in MBA, PG degree, PG diploma in Human Resources Management, industrial relations, Personnel management from AICTE approved universities and colleges are also eligible. If there is a dual degree possessing HR, then there must be major subject in HR. 

Age requirements for BEL Recruitment 2023

For unreserved candidates the age limit must be 25 years for the post of probationary engineer, probationary officer HR.

In case of PwBD, upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years. Also candidates including SC/ST/OBC Category age relaxation is allowed in addition to relaxation allowed for those candidates who belong to SC/ST/OBC category.

Also there will be consideration for those who does not have the matriculation certificate, higher secondary having the date of birth or birth certificate will be allowed.

Selection Method BEL Recruitment 2023

Short list will be made on the basis of qualifying criteria and whose online application will be approved. Also, selection will be done in process of  interview and presentation on computer-based test.

Call letters can be acquired by log in to the website of BEL by entering their credentials to access.

No call letters will be sent through e mails.

BEL Recruitment - Application Fees 

Candidates those who belong to GEN/ EWS/OBC will have to pay Rs 1000 plus GST that is total amount of Rs 1180.

Candidates must thoroughly check before paying the online amount and application prior submission because changes will not be permitted.

Once you paid, it will not be refunded.

Short Listing procedure of BEL Probationery Recruitment

Candidates belonging to GEN/EWS/OBC and ESM required to secure a minimum of 35% to qualify the exam of computer-based test whereas for SC/ST/PwBD required to secure a minimum of 30% in the computer-based test to fulfil the requirements.

How to apply for BEL Recruitment 2023 

Application must be submitted online before time. They must not wait till the last date.

Candidates must keep the printout of the application copy and bank slip for further referral.

Hard copy of the application or any documents shall not be allowed to the office of BEL.

Candidates must apply after going through the acceptance or eligibility requirements.

3. photograph which should not be older than 3 months.
