IBPS PO Recruitment 2024:

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced its recruitment for 2024, inviting applications for over for 4450+ Probationary Officers (PO) under the Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT-XIV). Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Banks listed at (A) as one of the Probationary Officers post, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT-XIV) for vacancies of 2025-26.

The examination will be two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main. Candidates, intending to apply for CRP SPL-XIV should ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS in this notification. Interested candidates can start applying for the IBPS SO Recruitment 2024 from August 01, 2024, and they have until August 21, 2024, to submit their applications.

IBPS PO Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification:

• A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
• The candidate must possess a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he/she registers and indicates the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.

The IBPS PO Recruitment process to select:

• Online Preliminary Exam- An adequate number of candidates in each category are shortlisted by IBPS depending upon requirements for Online Main Examination

• Online Mains Exam- Candidates must qualify the sectional as well as an overall cutoff in the main exam to be eligible for an interview.
• Interview Process- The interview will be conducted by the Participating Organizations and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/ UT with the help of IBPS
• Final Result- the result is declared based on candidates' combined performance in IBPS PO Mains and Interview Rounds.
• Provisional Allotment- The provisional allotment of the qualified candidate is released on the official website. The IBPS Banks are allotted based on candidates' preferences which are made at the time of online application.
