SAIL MT Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification:

Candidates interested in applying for management trainee (Technical) post in SAIL should possess degree in Engineering/ Technology in related disciplines as given below:

• All candidates willing to apply for this recruitment must possess a degree in any one of the 8 engineering disciplines of Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical and Metallurgy with a minimum of 65% marks in the aggregate of all semesters irrespective of the weightage given to a particular year/semester by the Institute/University. SAIL MT Recruitment 2024 Age Limit:

• Minimum Age of the Candidates: 18 Years
• Maximum Age of the Candidates: 28 Years

SAIL MT Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:

• The selection process for Management Trainees (Technical) at SAIL involves shortlisting candidates based on their GATE-2024 scores in relevant engineering disciplines. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for Group Discussion (GD) and an Interview.
• The final selection will be based on a merit list combining GATE-2024 scores, GD, and Interview scores with a weightage of 75:10:15, respectively. Candidates must score at least 50 percentile for UR/EWS posts and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD in their respective GATE disciplines to qualify for the GD/Interview.

SAIL MT Recruitment 2024 Application fee:

The application fee for SAIL’s Management Trainee (Technical) recruitment is ?700 for General, OBC(NCL), and EWS candidates, and ?200 as a processing fee for SC, ST, PwBD, and Departmental candidates. Candidates can pay the fee online via Net Banking, Credit Card, or ATM-cum-Debit Card, or through a bank using the system-generated Challan Form. Bank charges are additional.
