Accountant: Candidate should have 3 years undergoing training in Cash and accountant work in the Institute of Secretariat Management and training or its equivalent.

Accounts Officer: Analogous posts in Central Government or 5 years’ service in Pay Level-5 or equivalent, with SAS pass or equivalent, or completion of Cash and Accounts Work training with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
