SSC CGL Recruitment 2024:

Staff Selection Commission will hold Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2024 for filling up of various Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts in different Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations of Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ Tribunals, etc. The notification contains all the necessary information related to the recruitment process, eligibility criteria, age limit, selection process, updated exam pattern, and more. The application process will be online. Applications will start from 24th June and will continue till 24th July 2024. Further details have been given in the official notification. There is total 17727 vacancy for non-technical Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ non-gazetted posts in different ministries.

SSC CGL Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification:

The Eligibility of the candidates for the recruitment of the above posts in the SSC CGL Recruitment 2024 are as follows: -

• For Junior Statistical Officer (JSO)- Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University with a minimum 60% in Mathematics in Class 12th
• or in any discipline with Statistics as one of the subjects in graduation.
• For Statistical Investigator Grade-II- Graduation Degree from any recognized University with Economics Statistics or Mathematics as a compulsory or Elective Subject.
• For Research Assistant in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC)- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute with a minimum one-year research experience in any recognized university or recognized Research Institution.
• For Remaining posts- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University

SSC CGL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit:

• Minimum Age of the Candidates: 18 Year
• Maximum Age of the Candidates: 27 Years

SSC CGL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:

The selection of candidates for the various posts under SSC CGL Notification 2024 will be after qualifying the different stages of the selection process notified below.

• Tier I: The Tier I Exam will be computer-based comprising multiple choice questions. Candidates will get to solve the questions both in English as well as Hindi except for English Comprehension. For each wrong answer, there will be a negative marking of 0.50 marks.
• Tier II: The Tier II Exam will be conducted for Paper I and Paper II, both in separate shifts. Paper I is compulsory for all posts whereas Paper II is only for those candidates who apply for the position of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO).

• SC/ST/PH/Ex-servicemen & Women: Nil
