The Intelligence Bureau (IB) under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) is inviting applications for several vacant posts. A total of 677 vacancies are available. An official notification for the recruitment drive has been released on the official website mha.gov.in.

Interested and eligible candidates are advised to check their eligibility and apply online at the official website of the Intelligence Bureau of India vacancy. IB Recruitment 2023 Eligibility

Educational Qualification

The candidate applying should have qualified for the secondary school examination (Matriculation or Equivalent) from a recognized board.

For MTS/SA 

1. Possession of a valid driving license for motor cars (LMV) issued by the competent authority.
2. Knowledge of the motor mechanism
3. Experience driving a motor car for at least one year after obtaining a driving license.

Pay Scale

• Security Assistant / Motor Transport- Level-3 (Rs.21,700-69,100)
• MTS/Gen- Level-1 (Rs.18,000-56,900)

Service Liability

• The post involves all India transfer. Hence, the candidates willing to serve anywhere in India only need to apply for the application.

Age Limit IB Recruitment 2023

• Minimum age limit for applying: 18 years
• Maximum age limit for Security assistant post: 27 years
• Maximum age limit for Multitasking staff: 25 years

• For candidates belonging to ST/ SC/ PwD: Rs 50
• For candidates belonging to unreserved/ OBC/ EWS category: Rs 500
